This talk will take place in person in the new Biology Building at UR (Room DE 2.121). Our guest will be Andrea Rotter, Head of Division Foreign and Security Policy at the Akademie für Politik und Zeitgeschehen (Academy for Politics and Current Affairs) at the Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung in Munich. She will be discussing space in the context of the transatlantic security framework.
