Fulbright Specialist | Jacquelyn Eidson (Kansas)
The Leibniz ScienceCampus is pleased to be supporting the stay of Fulbright Specialist Dr. Jacquelyn Eidson at the University of Regensburg. Dr. Eidson will be in Regensburg from 8-28 April 2026, with her stay supported by the Fulbright Specialist program and the University of Regensburg Strategic Partnership fund. She joins of from the University of Kansas, which in November 2025 became a strategic partner of the UR. During her time in Regensburg, she will collaborate closely with Prof. Dr. Thomas Steger - Chair of Business Administration, especially Leadership and Organization, and PI at the ScienceCampus - and his team. Her research and discussions here will focus on themes of equity, diversity and inclusion in businesses and institutions. She will also cooperate closely with the UR office for equality and vice-president for diversity.
The ScienceCampus is delighted to have supported this application while collaborating with the UR internationalization team and International Office on arranging the stay.
Profile | Jacque Eidson joined KU in 2021 as a Lecturer teaching Financial Management as part of our workplace skills core courses. She has more than 25 years of experience in strategy development and execution, fiscal management, business consulting, and higher education. She currently serves as the Director of the National Higher Education Benchmarking Institute. Prior to joining the Institute she served as Field Faculty Member and Business Consultant for the University of Missouri’s Business Development Program funded by the Small Business Administration and the Defense Logistics Agency.
She has also taught and consulted for the University of Missouri - Kansas City, Missouri Valley College, and Saylor Academy in Washington D.C. After six years as a Board Director for numerous nonprofits, she was appointed in 2021 to the Ethics & Human Relations Commission for Jackson County, serving the Kansas City metropolitan area. She is a certified transformational coach and as a first-generation college student, holds a BS in Accounting, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology.
